We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if you would like to return or exchange any products, please contact us within seven days of receipt of the product. We ask that the product is returned unused and in full, including any accessories, within 14 days of receipt of the product. Return shipping will be at the cost of the purchaser.

If you require an exchange, please enclose a note with your details and new requirements and payment for return delivery. Replacement items or refunds will not be sent until the original product has been received by us. We strongly advise that you use a registered post as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Custom made products cannot be returned or exchanged, so please be sure of measurements and designs before ordering. We can alter collars, but this will be subject to an alteration fee and P&P All of our products carry a warranty, from the date of purchase, for defects in manufacturing and materials. This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed.

All products must be maintained in line with above guidelines. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the product the warranty will be considered invalid. The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by the warranty.
